Suminagashi, translating to "floating ink," is an ancient marbling technique where makers will float ink on water and build out “tree” rings then use different techniques to move the water and create unique shapes and interesting visuals then laying a pieces of different types of paper on the surface and stealing the imagery from the water.
COST: $50 Includes multiple papers of varying types to marble onto, inks, and instruction. You’ll also receive $5 off of your first beverage. Reservations are required. Skill Level: Beginner on up.
