Ongoing: Unconventional Art Club
Every Thursday, 5-8pm
Join us every Thursday to dive into creative adventures with other makers! No medium restrictions or sketchbooks necessary. This “Club” is created to bring us Makers and Creatives into a space to connect and make together. Bring your own mediums of choice, a sketchbook or any surface or project to play with. There will be weekly prompts, various mediums available to dive into and play with (Project Fees may apply), demos and monthly Giggle Water Specials! Cost: Free!

WORKSHOPS
Encaustic Melted Wax Art / Friday, July 18th, 11am-2pm
Oooh melty wax, fire, vibrant colors, transfers, the options are endless for this exciting medium! Join us for a grand time of creative exploration. We will go through a few favorite techniques like image transferring, collaging, painting and more. $90/maker + includes $10 drink credit.
Cyanotype + Embroidered TV Tote / Saturday, July 19th, 4pm-8pm
In this vibrant adventure, makers will be creating two Cyanotype images on fabric using sun and botanicals to create a unique patch. While patches take their time drying in the sun, makers will have the option to create more images on either fabric or paper for an extra cost or makers are welcome to add embroiled details onto their (pre)screen printed TV tote using fun colored threads and stitches. After patches have dried, makers will choose one of their patches and stitch it on their tote to create the sweetest market or book bag. $60/maker + includes $10 drink credit.

Avery is back! His nyckelharpa playing will be a treat for anyone who has not seen him before, and his music will be the perfect fit for our art opening featuring Brad + Grace and their unique and beautiful mixed media mirror art! Art opening will start at 5:30! Full cocktail, drink, and food menus will be available!
Tres Palomas - Bossa Nova Jazz / Friday, September 5th, 6-8pm
It is always a treat to have this trio at the crooked house! Their bossa nova and jazzy tunes will have you (at least) tapping your toes! Full cocktail, drink, and food menus will be available!

Celia & Dayton - Gypsy Jazz / Saturday, September 27th, 6-8pm
Our favorite jazz duo is back and will be filling the crooked porch with beautiful tunes! Come early, hangout for the evening!
Mountaintop Sound - Americana Newgrass / Sunday, September 28th, 1-3pm
Mountaintop Sound will be filling our space with bluegrass/jamgrass/americana tunes during our big house-wide Art Fest! More details to come, stay tuned!
