An exploration. A little about Ashley. Art has always been an integral part of Ashley Edwards’ life. Born in the middle of the majestic redwoods of Humboldt and raised in Southern Oregon, Ashley’s art expresses her passion for the woods, color, and imagination. As a wife and loving mother of two children, art has allowed Ashley the freedom to explore and tune into her inner creativity which lay dormant for many years. The pieces in this collection can be referred to as a stream of consciousness, spontaneous pieces. Ashley’s process relies heavily on a strong imagination, beautiful reference photos collected from friends, and un-blocked creativity.
